Yoghurt and muesli with a fresh fruit salad.
Boiled eggs with rye toast and avocado
Lemon and Ginger water
A cup of green tea
Lunch
Spelt crispbreads together with fresh tuna salad
Lemon water
Dandelion tea
Dinner
Either fish or lamb chops, or salmon steak or steak with salad or vegetables.
Eat heaps of greens and sweet potato and pumpkin roasted.
Cup of green tea.
